One of the worst ever experience.
Should not be in business. I took a short piece of exhaust into them to get fixed, after consulting with the workshop yes can do and given me a price, I was told that it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. As I live 45 minutes away I was walking the streets of Castlemaine, when 1 hour later I received a phone call that it can't be done because they have no stock of the exhaust. No apology whatsoever, as the exhaust is of my truck I needed it to get fixed. A trip to Ballarat and West Exhaust fixed it on the spot, maybe 10 min tops and for 1/2 the price.
